Stranraer Oyster Festival

The programme includes demos from celebrity chefs and coincides with the start of the native oyster season, which runs from September until April. 

The three day festival started on Friday 15 September.

Contenders are invited to battle it out for the title of Scotland’s Shucking Champion.
