Arsenal legend Henry takes step closer to management
Sorry, this content isn't available on your device.
Thierry Henry has continued taking steps towards a career in management by completing his UEFA A Licence.
The former Arsenal and France striker has posted a picture of himself being presented with the qualification on his Instagram account.
The A Licence means the 38-year-old can now manage in the professional game below Premier League level or at an Academy. To be able to take a job in the top flight or manage in UEFA competitions he must now go on to complete the Pro Licence.
Henry took the coaching course under the auspices of the Football Association of Wales, as he did for the B Licence last year.
Henry wrote: "Massive thank you to Osian Roberts #Osh, @welshfootballtrust and the Arsenal Academy for assisting me to pass my UEFA A Licence coaching badge. #proudday"

Henry issues warning to Arsenal about Liverpool
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has warned his former club not to allow their Premier League title drought to last as long as Liverpool's.
Henry was playing for the Gunners when they last won England's top flight back in 2004, and doesn't believe Arsene Wenger's side are too far away from another league title.
It still doesn't come close to the lengthy wait rivals Liverpool continue to endure for an elusive Premier League crown.
Speaking to French publication L'Equipe, footballer-turned-pundit Henry explained:
If I had told you in 1990 that Liverpool would not win the title in the next 25 years, you would have taken me for a madman. I don't want the same thing to happen to Arsenal.
It's already been 11 years. This year, we're not so far off. With the exception of the first leg against Monaco, they are on the right track, but they undoubtedly dropped too many points at the start of the season. But I think this squad can win the title in the years to come.
