Jessica Jones, a 38-year-old commercial banker from Llanelli, initially thought her tinnitus was just a mild problem that developed at night time.

Tunstall told fans the decision had been "extremely difficult" but that she had to "put my hearing health first".

A mother-of-two from New Milton in Hampshire has suffered with the condition since 2019. It's left her struggling to cope.
