Traffic Congestion

Network Rail has announced that the road underneath Botley Road bridge in Oxford is to remain closed after the project faced "unique challenges" this summer.

Political support for the proposals fell apart on the day the proposals were due to be debated.

Delays are expected around the Esplanade, Tunnel and La Route de la Haule while the event takes place.
