Northumbria Police are visiting the Stadium of Light this weekend in their appeal for fresh information in the Nikki Allan investigation.

Nikki, 7, went missing in 1992 as she walked to her home in Garth, Hendon, in Sunderland. She was found dead near her family home in the Old Exchange Building on the Quayside Exchange.

Now police are appealing to football fans to come forward with any information.

We are going to be at the Stadium of Light this weekend again appealing for information and urging people to come forward to police or Crimestoppers anonymously.

Please, for Nikki and her family, any information you may have, no matter how insignificant you may think it is, come forward and help us get that one step closer to finding the person responsible for Nikki's death."
