A new appeal for information on a murder has been launched - on the day the victim would have celebrated her 40th birthday.
Vicky Glass was 21 when she vanished from Middlesbrough town centre in 2000. Her body was found in Danby in North Yorkshire in the November of that year.
She would have turned 40 today, on the weekend which also marks the 19th year of her disappearance.
Cleveland Police announced in 2018 that the Historic Investigation Unit would reinvestigate the case after being given additional funding by the Home Office.
Inspector Pete Carr said:
Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. There is also a phone line to the inquiry team, 01642 301499.
