Ant and Dec will uncover their ancestral history through the use of DNA matches in a new two-part special for ITV.
Ant & Dec's DNA Journey will see the presenters follow their paternal and maternal blood lines, guided by expert genealogists and historians.
The Geordie pair will meet relatives they did not know existed and travel to Ireland, the US and even The United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The special will give audiences a glimpse of the special friendship that has underpinned huge popular success.
The programme, that took two years to make, will focus on the close emotional bond between the pair.
In the trailer, Declan Donnelly, says: "It’s not lost on us, how lucky we are that we met each other."
Ant & Dec's DNA Journey aires this November on ITV.
