Former Newcastle United footballer Peter Beardsley will not be part of FA celebrations for England's 1,000th match.

Celebrations are due to to take place at the national team's game against Montenegro tomorrow to mark the occasion, featuring a variety of former Three Lions players.

Beardsley is suspended from all football activity until April 2020.

This came after he was found by an FA investigation to have made racist comments to youth team players while working as a coach at Newcastle United - something Beardsley denies.
