He's been called 'English Cricket's best kept secret' - but now Chris Rushworth could be YOUR secret weapon when it comes to keeping the kids entertained.
Durham cricketer Chris Rushworth has taken his lockdown lifestyle online. Like all sportsmen, the fast bowler is doing what he can to keep fit - and like all parents, Chris is doing what he can to keep his children active and entertained during these difficult times. That's led to him launching his own YouTube channel.
All from his own back garden, he's created videos giving cricket coaching, and getting his own children, Henry and Emily involved too.
There's a range of drills and exercises from the kids to beginners, while Chris has also created videos for more advanced players.
Talking to our Sports Correspondent Simon O'Rourke, Chris said: "My kids are very active anyway, so to have them in this lockdown period and trying to keep them entertained and busy was something that was a key focus for us as a family - just trying to keep everyone active and happy and healthy.
"I just thought, under these circumstances, this strange, crazy time that we're experiencing, why not try and put it out there and get everyone involved."
The cricket season was due to start in two weeks time - but the England and Wales Cricket Board have decided all matches are suspended until the 28th May at the earliest because of the coronavirus outbreak.
The Durham Cricket team have been keeping fit themselves through videos from their strength and conditioning coach - ready for whenever they get back on the cricket pitch.
