The waiting continues for Newcastle United Fans anxious for more news about the proposed takeover at St James Park.

On Monday night hundreds of supporters joined an online debate to discuss the potential change of ownership at St James Park.

The Digital Town Hall organised by Newcastle Central MP Chi Onwurah and the Newcastle United Supporters Trust was viewed by 2000 people at its peak.

The meeting featured contributions from Amnesty International, NUFC Fans Forum, Newcastle Legends, a Human Rights campaigner & political satirist and a message from Hatice Cengiz, the fiancé of murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The microphone was then passed to over 30 Newcastle fans from across the world to have their say.
