Parents Jason and Abby are now raising money for the Sick Children's Trust, which allowed them to stay in accommodation minutes from the twins' bedsides.

Currently 12 to 15 year olds are offered one dose of the vaccine, but researchers are looking at how best to immunise younger people as cases rise.

It happened on Hawthorn Terrace, when a car hit a lamp post, the front of a Chinese takeaway and wall of an old church.
