The number of cases of measles has continued to rise in the North East according to the latest figures.
The region has the highest number of confirmed cases for April 2013 reflecting an on-going outbreak on Teesside.
In the year leading up to the end of April, 320 cases were confirmed compared with a total of 49 reported in 2012.
A national MMR vaccination programme is underway to increase uptake of children and teenagers.
