Northumberland runner Laura Weightman has spoken of her delight after winning a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The 23-year-old, from Alnmouth, finished second in the Women's 1500m with a time of 4 minutes and 9 seconds at Hampden Park on Tuesday night.
It was Weightman's first ever medal in a major championships.
