Turkish markets have fallen as investor confidence has been left shaken by Syria's shooting down of a Turkish jet late last week.
The Turkish Lira stood at 1.8224 against the dollar on Monday afternoon, rebounding from 1.8245 earlier in the day. The Lira had weakened sharply in late trade on Friday after news of the incident emerged. Turkish stock and bond markets had already closed.
