PSNI 'came under sustained attack' in Belfast violence
The Police Service in Northern Ireland (PSNI) has said that three Attenuating Energy Projectile (AEP) rounds were fired by police during the violence in Belfast on Saturday night.
The PSNI added that its officers came under sustained attack from a crowd of more than 100 people, who were throwing petrol bombs, fireworks and bricks.
The PSNI also said that a number of arrests had been made.
