PM to talk about 'changed relationship' with Europe

David Cameron will deliver a major speech on the future of the UK in Europe this Friday, during a visit to the Netherlands. The Prime Minister had previously been expected to wait until next week to make the address.

His official spokesman said he will set out his ideas on how he wants to renegotiate the country's relationship with Europe. He said:

He sees it as important to set out his view about it being in the British national interest to remain in the European Union, though (with) a changed relationship.
