A new study funded by Cancer Research UK has revealed that nine out of ten tanning beds in England are breaking safety rules.

According to the report, the majority of sunbeds are giving off radiation levels that are up to six times higher than the Mediterranean sunlight.

The Sunbed Association argues that the research is 'two years out of date', and models made since 2009 are compliant with the allowed limit of radiation.
