Ken Wharfe, the former bodyguard of the Princess Diana, has called claims that she was murdered by a British soldier a "publicity stunt". The police have said they are assessing new information on the deaths Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed in 1997.

Report: Scotland Yard 'scoping' new Diana information

Sky News correspondent Mark White reports that the Metropolitan Police are "scoping" new information relating to the death of Princess Diana in 1997.

The information has reportedly come from the Royal Military Police, but Scotland Yard has given no further detail about its nature.
