Dame Edna Everage, award-winning comedian John Bishop, Gary Barlow and Olly Murs will all share the stage at this year's Royal Variety Performance.
The November 25 show will be hosted by Liverpudlian Bishop, who said he had "never imagined" he would host the event, but trusted his parents "would be proud".
The final performance will include the cast of the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory musical and this year's Britain's Got Talent winners.
The show will raise funds for the Entertainment Artistes' Benevolent Fund - whose patron is the Queen - a charity which supports entertainers in ill health, old age or who have fallen on hard times.
The Royal Variety Performance will be screened on ITV in December.
