Hundreds of people have gathered in Trafalgar Square and have marched on parliament wearing masks of Guy Fawkes.
The protesters say they are taking part in the Million Mask March which has seen similar demonstrations in America, Australia and Scandinavia.
Anonymous claim the protest is demonstration of support for their organisation and WikiLeaks.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
