Four men 'admit killing' British students in Borneo

Four men arrested in Malaysia over the fatal stabbings of two British medical students have admitted the crime, a police chief has said.

Neil Dalton and Aidan Brunger, who were both 22 and studying at Newcastle University, were reportedly involved in an argument at a bar in Kuching before the attack.

Deputy police commissioner Chai Khin Chung said police had now finished their investigation after the men confessed to the stabbings.

Four local men have been remanded in custody following the early morning deaths in the city of Kuching in the Malaysian part of the island.
