Two separate vehicle attacks have taken place in Israel today. One person was killed and several injured when a car rammed into pedestrians in East Jerusalem earlier today.
Later three IDF soldiers were struck by a vehicle in the Gush Etzion area, south of Jerusalem, in a second attack.
Three IDF soldiers have been injured after being struck by a vehicle, the second such attack of the day.
A spokesman for Israeli Police said one person had been seriously injured and had been taken to hospital after the incident near the El Aroub junction in the Gush Etzion area, south of Jerusalem.
Two others were also injured in the attack, the spokesman tweeted.
A IDF spokesperson confirmed the three were soldiers.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
