Lufthansa 'under no obligation' to report co-pilot's condition

Analysis of a second black box confirmed Lubitz deliberately crashed Flight 4U 9525 into the French Alps, investigators said.

The data indicated that the pilot modified automatic settings to increase the speed of the plane as it descended, France BEA said.
