Ukip launches its general election campaign manifesto today, setting out what it claims are "serious, fully-costed policies" for people who "believe in Britain".
Among the expected pledges are a £12 billion boost for the NHS, a five-year ban on unskilled migrants, and a referendum on EU membership "as soon as possible".
