Duke and Duchess head to Norfolk with Princess Charlotte

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have left Kensington Palace with their four-day-old daughter Princess Charlotte and her elder brother George for their Norfolk home Anmer Hall.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana in honour of the Queen and also Prince William's mother.

Palace: Kate's labour 'is progressing normally'

Labour is progressing normally for the Duchess of Cambridge, who has been admitted to hospital, Kensington Palace said.

The Duchess, who was overdue, is being looked after by consultant obstetrician Guy Thorpe-Beeston - the surgeon-gynaecologist to the household.

He will be joined in the delivery room by Alan Farthing, the Queen's surgeon-gynaecologist.
