Russian athletes were able to cheat their way to medals at the London Olympics and their government helped them to do it, a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) report claimed on Monday.
The games were effectively sabotaged by Russia's "state-sponsored" doping programme, the report said.
WADA said drug cheats were protected by a huge cover-up involving Russian doctors and government security services.
