Table tennis ace Rob Davies has won Great Britain's 30th gold medal of the Paralympics in Rio.

Twenty-four hours after Will Bayley won Class 7 singles gold, Davies triumphed in the Class 1 final.

The wheelchair table tennis player beat South Korea's Joo Young Dae 3-1 (14-12 4-11 11-9 11-5).

The 32-year-old, who was born in Abergavenny, broke his neck while playing semi-professional rugby for Brecon in 2005 and plays with a bat strapped to his hand.
