Former Wham! bandmate Andrew Ridgeley, accompanied by Pepsi and Shirlie, have paid tribute to George Michael at the Brits.
Ridgeley described his friend as "a supernova in a ferment of shining stars" in an emotional speech honouring the star.
Fighting to hold back the tears Shirlie added: "George was like a brother to me. And will always be ..."
She said: "His wonderful way with words spoke to everyone. And his beautiful voice will live on forever as a gift to us all."
Coldplay's Chris Martin also played a musical tribute to Michael with a beautiful rendition of the late star's 'A Different Corner'.
No surprise that David Bowie won at the Brits tonight, the show felt dominated by the stars that have died in the past year.
Katy Perry performed her new single surrounded by two giant skeletons seemingly modelled on Donald Trump and Theresa May.
The Brits saw two awards handed to the late David Bowie and tributes to George Michael. Here is a full list of the winners.
