A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the terror attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils, Spanish police have said.
It was not immediately clear if the person arrested was the driver of the vehicle that ploughed into pedestrians in Barcelona.
The announcement came after the death toll from the attacks rose to 14 people.
