Moved by refugee crisis, Redgrave makes directorial debut

Actress Vanessa Redgrave has directed her first film at the age of 80 - saying she had been moved to do something about the refugee crisis.

In particular, she says the harrowing image of the lifeless body of three-year-old Alan Kurdi washed up on a Turkish beach two years ago had haunted her.

Her new film, Sea Sorrow, also takes aim at the British government for its response.
