Rory Donnelly netted a double as Cliftonville came away from Glentoran with all three points on Saturday.

Donnelly headed home for Cliftonville just before the interval - his first for the Reds since a hat-trick against Dungannon Swifts in December 2011.

McDaid had a chance to score before the interval but, after his initial cross was cleared away, he lashed a shot off the mark.

Curtis Allen had a half-chance for the Glens, but his shot spilled away to safety from the north Belfast side's point of view.

Donnelly then doubled the Reds’ lead - Stephen Garrett’s ball found the marksman who placed his shot into the far corner.
