Ulster and Ireland winger Tommy Bowe is to retire at the end of this season, he has announced.

The 33-year-old Monaghan man tweeted "had some incredible years, but it's time to tell you - this is my last".

Bowe has suffered a number of injuries and went off in the Ulster v Leinster game last weekend.
