Seaghan Ferry scored the winning point for Gweedore as the Donegal Champions beat Scotstown by a single point in the Senior Ulster Club Championship final 0-13 to 0-12 at Healy Park in Omagh.

Both sides finished normal-time, tied eleven points all, but in extra-time Scotstown's Shane Carey was sent off for a high challenge.

In the second period of extra-time, Ferry scored the winning point for Gweedore.

The Donegal champions are the first side from the county to lift the Seamus McFerran Cup in 43 years.
