Occasionally heavy afternoon showers soon dying out this evening to leave good spells of late sunshine.

Then a largely dry night with long clear spells, although outbreaks of showery rain reach the far west towards the end of the night.

Tuesday:

A dry, bright start for most although showers in the far west develop more widely through the morning.

The afternoon then sees a mix of sunshine and occasionally heavy showers. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Sunshine and showers dominating, these heaviest during Thursday and Friday afternoon, bringing a risk of thunder and hail.
