American-based company Dynamic Signal is to create 100 new jobs in Belfast.

Dynamic Signal is a tech company which makes communication software for businesses. Their clients include BMW, Nestlé and Volvo.

The company already has a presence in the city, currently employing seven people in their River House offices.

The new plans means an expansion with around one hundred new staff being added over the next three to four years.

Invest NI has offered the company £650,000 to facilitate the new roles, which they say will generate more than three million pounds for the Northern Irish economy.

Steve Heyman, co-founder and chief operating officer of Dynamic Signal, said: "We believe the skills available in the IT sector here, particularly in software development, and the quality of students graduating from third level education, makes this the right location for this new centre.

"This new centre in Northern Ireland will play an important role as we expand our products and services, and look to grow our global customer base."
