Coleraine have beaten Linfield 4-2 at Windsor Park to inflict an early-season setback on the defending Irish League champions.
The Bannsiders took the lead early thanks to Ben Doherty’s goal after just 15 seconds, and an own-goal from Ryan McGiven made it 2-0 before half time.
Stephen O’Donnell headed home a third for Coleraine in the second half, before goals from Joel Cooper and Shayne Lavery gave Linfield hope.
However Coleraine held on to secure their first win of the season, with Emmett McGuckin rounding off the win on 90 minutes.
It was the same scoreline at Inver Park as Ballymena beat local rivals Larne.
The visitors went in front thanks to Jonny Addis, who opened the scoring with a spectacular long range strike from his own half.
Mark Randall levelled for Larne, but goals from Andy McGrory, Cathair Friel and Jude Winchester gave Ballymena the advantage.
It finished 4-2 after Johnny Murray pulled one back for the hosts.
Crusaders beat Cliftonville 2-0 in the north Belfast derby to put them top of the table, thanks to second half strikes from Jordan Owens and Paul Heatley.
Elsewhere, Dungannon Swifts beat Glentoran 3-1 with goals from Dylan King, Ryan Waide and a Seanan Clucas penalty.
Carrick Rangers beat Institute 2-0 and Glenavon were 2-0 winners over Warrenpoint.
