Rhys McClenaghan has won bronze at the World Gymnastics Championships in Stuttgart.
In an incredibly close pommel-horse final, the 20-year-old from Co Down scored 15.400 to finish in third place.
Gold went to GB’s Max Whitlock and silver to Lee Chih-Kai of Chinese Taipei.
The result saw Rhys make history by becoming the first Irish gymnast to win a medal at the championships.
He has also secured a place at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
