NI Weather: Cold start with sunshine to follow

This Evening and Tonight:

Dry with clearing skies across much of Northern Ireland overnight, with many rural parts falling below freezing and a few areas of fog by dawn.

Occasionally cloudier across eastern coasts.

Minimum temperature -2C.

Monday:

A cold start under largely clear skies with some pleasant sunshine through the morning. Sunshine will turn hazy later, particularly in the west.

Light winds.

Maximum temperature 12C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Increasingly breezy through Tuesday with patchy rain across the west. Rain will turn heavier on Wednesday and spread to all parts.

Scattered and perhaps heavy showers developing on Thursday.
