House prices in Northern Ireland have risen by 2% over the three months to September, according to the latest figures.
Ten of the 11 district council areas showed an increase, figures from Land and Property Services said.
The standardised price for NI as a whole was £139,951 and ranged from £120,110 in Derry City and Strabane to £164,900 in Lisburn and Castlereagh.
Meanwhile the median price was five times median annual gross full-time earnings.
The figures, released on Wednesday, also showed the index has increased by 4% between quarter three of 2018 and quarter three of 2019.
