Irish paralympian Jason Smyth has won his 20th gold medal at the T13 100m world championship final in Dubai.

Smyth has remained unbeaten during his 14 year career, and has won eight world titles.

32 year-old Jason has 10% of his vision, making him officially registered as blind. His sight has deteriorated over the years.

Post boxes in his hometown of Eglinton have were painted gold after his performance in the 2012 Paralympic Games.
