Four arrested after man stabbed in Co Down

A man in his 40s has been stabbed at a house in Ballynahinch in the early hours of Sunday.

Police received report of an altercation at a house in Windmill Gardens at around 1.45am.

A man, aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital for treatment to a number of stab wounds. He is said to be in a stable condition.

A 22-year-old woman and three men, aged 20, 26, and 40, have been arrested and remain in police custody.
