A tractor and low loader stolen in Co Armagh have been used in an attack on an ATM across the border in Co Louth.

Police say the farm vehicles were taken from a property in the Concession Road area of Cullaville, sometime between 2.30pm on Friday and 2.40am on Saturday.

They were then used in the raid at Dunleer.

The low loader was recovered at the scene and the Massey Ferguson at Hackballscross – they have both since been returned to their owners.

PSNI officers are investigating the thefts in Cullaville and have appealed for information.
