Man arrested following stabbing in north Belfast

A 20-year-old man has been arrested after a man was stabbed in north Belfast.

Police received a report shortly before 6.30am of an incident in Northwick Drive in Ardoyne.

The injured man, who's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, suffered two stab wounds after an altercation.

Detective Sergeant William Arnott said: "I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident to contact detectives at Musgrave PSNI Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 366 14/12/19.
