The number of people who have died after testing positive for coronavirus in Northern Ireland has risen to 516 after two more deaths were reported by the Department of Health.

All of the deaths occurred within the current 24 hour reporting period.

Since the last report, 26 more people have tested positive for Covid-19, 1,241 lab tests have been carried out and 845 individuals have been tested.

There are currently 610 people hospitalised with coronavirus and 67 care home outbreaks, recorded on the department’s dashboard breakdown.
