Police investigating arson attack in Downpatrick

Police are investigating after seven vehicles were set alight in an arson attack at a commercial premises in Downpatrick.

It happened on the Cloonagh Road in the early hours of Thursday morning.

As a result of the attack an estimated £14,000 worth of damage was caused. Police have appealed to anyone with information to come forward.
