A spring Covid-19 booster will be offered to higher risk groups in Northern Ireland, the Department of Health says.

Legal actions over powers to impose any further Covid-19 restrictions in Northern Ireland are to proceed to a full hearing, a High Court judge has ruled.

Professor Ian Young told UTV a predicted rise in Covid-19 and flu infections will add further pressures to the health service.
