UTV goes inside a Covid ward at the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh where staff recall literally willing their patients to take a breath.
The alert has been sparked by a report that a device was left in the Wattlebridge Road area, near Newtownbutler.
The crash happened around 6pm on Wednesday on the Belfast Road between Fivemiletown and Brookeborough.
