Two men aged 39 and 54 are to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with money laundering and blackmail.
It follows a number of searches in Northern Ireland, Sussex and Lancashire earlier in the week.
A 48-year old woman has also been charged as part of the investigation and will appear in court later this month.
A 31-year-old woman who was also arrested has been released.
A fifth man was arrested in Sussex. He was questioned and later released.
