British Irish Parliamentary Council apologise for false claim ambulance from Northern Ireland prevented from attending tragedy.

The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly had heard claims that visa issues prevented some paramedics from aiding with aftermath of the explosion.

Ten people were killed in Creeslough when an explosion ripped through a service station shop and the flats above.
