Michael O’Neill’s side, who reached the knockout stages and were eliminated by Wales, now sit in twenty-eighth place.
Meanwhile the Republic of Ireland, who also made the last 16 before exiting to France, moved up two spots to 31.
Wales' run to the semi-finals moved them up to eleventh, climbing ahead of England who slumped two places to thirteenth.
Scotland, who missed out on the championships, dropped to fiftieth.
European champions Portugal moved up two places to sixth, while finalists and tournament hosts France are now seventh.
